Founded by ECR Residents for ECR Residents.

We are changing the way we live and restoring peace and accountability to our community. We are a community of 958 homes and we will never again allow 5 board members to determine how we live, spend our money, or manage our community without oversight. ECR HOA OVERSIGHT COALITION will ensure your voice is heard, before, during and long after the Election of the Board.

ECR HOA OVERSIGHT COALITION’s directives are to provide:

• Board Member Candidate Selection and Background Verifications: Ensure we have the right Board running the community.

• Financial Oversight: Ensure our money is SAFE and spent wisely

• Architectural Committee Oversight: Ensure our property values are protected but still afford our homeowners the right to enjoy their homes.

• Contract Negotiation Oversight: Ensure no monetary waste of our monies

• Contract Management Oversight: Ensure we are receiving full value for the money we spend

• HOA Management Company Oversight: Ensure they are performing to the homeowner’s expectations…..not the boards.

• Protection from an Over Reaching Board: Ensure a homeowner’s rights are not infringed and to make sure all homeowners understand the contractual requirements of the HOA while preserving the fundamental rights America was founded upon.

• Appeal Process for Violations, Fines and ARC Request Denials: Ensure every homeowner is treated fairly, equally and within the consensus of the community, not the board.

And if all else fails, the full force of the ECR HOA OVERSIGHT COALITION will rein in the Board under Arizona Statutes.
